Lead Vet (or Vet ready to grow into the role)

Ecovets is a growing independent vet clinic in Wandsworth Town, and we’re currently building a brand-new practice with fantastic facilities, a proper staff room, and a big focus on team culture and creating a genuinely great place to work.

We’re looking for an experienced GP vet to join us as we grow, with a clear path to becoming our Lead Vet.

You don’t need to walk in as a Lead Vet from day one. What matters is that you’re confident clinically, comfortable working independently, and want to grow into a role where you can help shape clinical standards, support the team, and influence how the practice develops.

What we offer:

• £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience
• Full-time & part-time considered
• 20 – 40 hours per week
• CPD supported
• Protected 1h lunch breaks
• 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
• No out-of-hours
• No Sundays
• Shared Saturday morning rota
